Delivery
All orders placed before 11am on a business day we aim to ship the same day, providing card security checks are complete, and stock availability is confirmed. Orders placed after 11am will be shipped the following business day. All deliveries require a signature.
We will offer a refund or exchange (if stock available) on any unused goods (faulty or otherwise) within 30 days of dispatch.
Like-for-like exchanges or exchanges of a higher monetary value (where additional payment is required) can be processed at a Terrisales Salon Supplies store at the manager’s discretion; so long as adequate proof of purchase is provided.
